FIREARMS, MAGAZINES, & AMMUNITION RESTRICTIONS & POLICIES

Before ordering anything from this site, check with your State and local police departments for the latest laws pertaining to your purchase. Ammunition and firearms must be shipped in two separate orders.

 

CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS:

No firearms, ammunition, or magazines will be shipped to CA.

COLORADO CUSTOMERS:

No magazines exceeding 20 rounds will be shipped to Denver or Vail, CO.

CONNECTICUT CUSTOMERS:

No sales of semi-automatic rifles (excluding SKS types).

ILLINOIS CUSTOMERS:

No firearms, ammunition, or magazines will be shipped to IL.

HAWAII CUSTOMERS:

No magazines exceeding 10 rounds will be shipped to HI.

MASSACHUSETTS CUSTOMERS:

No firearms, ammunition, or magazines will be shipped to MA.

MARYLAND CUSTOMERS:

No magazine sales exceeding 20 rd. capacities.

No Ammunition sales to Montgomery County and Annapolis, MD residents.

NEW JERSEY CUSTOMERS:

No firearms, ammunition, or magazines will be shipped to NJ.

NEW YORK CUSTOMERS:

No firearms, ammunition, or magazines will be shipped to NY.

NEVADA CUSTOMERS:

No ammunition will be shipped to NV.

OHIO CUSTOMERS:

No ammunition will be shipped to Cincinnati, OH residents.

No magazines over 30 rounds will be shipped to OH

WASHINGTON DC CUSTOMERS:

All firearms (10 round magazine max), ammunition, and magazines will be shipped to local FFL dealer for pick-up.

WASHINGTON STATE CUSTOMERS:

No sales of machine gun parts or parts kits.

No sales of ammunition.

ALL CUSTOMERS:

Ammunition purchases require a copy of the customers’ drivers’ license or a verbal affidavit confirming that they are over the age of 21 and there are no laws prohibiting them from owning ammunition. By purchasing ammunition, or any other product on this website, the customer is confirming that they are over the age of 21 and there are no laws prohibiting them from owning ammunition or any other product purchased from this website. The customer is responsible for contacting the shop to provide such notification.  The handling of ammunition may cause exposure to lead. Firearm purchases must ship to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) Dealer and the customer must pass a NICS check to receive the firearm from the FFL dealer. Firearms, ammunition, and special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable regardless if the customer takes possession. Discharging and cleaning firearms may cause exposure to lead.

All of our products are intended for personal, adult use only within the U.S.

By purchasing a product or service from this website, the buyers asserts that they have reviewed the ordering, shipping, returns, and terms & conditions contained in this website, in its entirety, and agree to all provisions, policies and procedures without exception.

 

Policy

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

Orders are processed in the order they are received and can take 1-3 business days to ship after they are processed, depending on current order volume. Once the order has shipped it can take 1 to 10 days for the package to reach its destination, depending on location and carrier. If a product is on back order or sold out, you will be notified via e-mail and given the option to either be placed on backorder or cancel your order.  Because customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal, if at any time you have questions regarding the status of your order, you can contact us using the e-mail or phone numbers listed on the “About Us” tab on the home page. As a reminder, we cannot ship firearms, until we have received a copy of your local gun dealers FFL License. Please have your dealer fax a copy of their FFL license, along with the customer’s name, to (703) 539-0014.  To ensure timely processing, please do not assume we have a copy of the local dealers FFL on file.

 

Due to the highly regulated nature of this business, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any point in the transaction for any reason.  Sales are not final until the order is received by the customer (or transfer dealer for firearms).

 

Due to the large volume of business, all orders are processed in the order in which they are received. In the case of firearms, orders are processed once a signed copy of your dealer’s FFL license is received.  While most orders are received within 3-4 business days, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for receipt of order.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

 

Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated by the volume and weight of your order.  These charges will appear on the order form screen at the time of check out. If adjustments need to made to your order or if you selected an option that is not available for your area, you will be notified via e-mail before any changes are made to your order.

 

NOTE: Shipping and/or delivery dates are not guaranteed under any circumstances regardless of the method chosen for shipping. All dates given, both verbally and written, are estimates based on average movement of shipments. Any order cancelled or returned due to shipping and/or delivering delays are subject to a cancellation and return/restocking fees.

 

FIREARMS SHIPPING

 

Firearms will only be shipped to Licensed FFL (Federal Firearms License) Dealers and will require Adult Signature Confirmation. A signed copy of your Dealers FFL must be received before any firearm is shipped. Please be keep in mind that most dealers charge a transfer fee, which is the buyers responsibility and is to be paid directly to the local dealer. These fee’s typically range from $20-$50+ depending on your location and the FFL dealer.  In order to expedite the shipping of your order, a signed copy of the dealers FFL with the customers name and phone number  must be faxed to (703) 539-0014.  If your dealer does not have a fax machine available, the FFL can be mailed to the address below, however, this will delay the process. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping or delivery.

 

PRICING

 

All prices reflect a 3% cash discount; credit card orders are subject to a 3% non-cash surcharge. All sales made to Virginia residents must be assessed a 5% VA State sales tax and will automatically be added to any order shipped to a Virginia address.  We reserve the right to refuse to sell a firearm, ammunition, product or service to any individual or company.

 

We assume no liability for any use, or future use, of any firearm, ammunition, product, service, manual, information, either purchased or provided free of charge from us, including the sale of a firearm by the buyer to any other person or persons.

 

BILLING ADDRESS

 

If a credit card is used to pay for your order, the order must be shipped to the address where the credit card statement is received, unless the cardholder provides written approval of an alternate shipping address including signature and copy of State issued ID.

 

Returns

 

Other than Firearms, Ammunition, and Special Order Items, most merchandise purchased from this site can be returned as long as it is still in the original packaging, unused/unaltered or worked on by a gunsmith or customer. Due to the nature of the product, there are absolutely no returns on firearms, ammunition, and special order items unless we shipped the incorrect item or it was not as advertised.  Any defective firearm must be sent to the manufacturer as most firearms are under manufacturer warranty.  All other returns must clearly show our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the outside of the package.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to insure the package for its full value and obtain signature confirmation.  We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping that are not insured and or/lost in transit.  Returns will not be accepted without an RMA Number. An RMA number must be “requested” within 24 hours of receipt of the customer or FFL dealer (whichever occurs first) for any merchandise to be eligible for return.

 

Defective firearms must be sent to the manufacturer for warranty repair. Any defective product (other than firearms, ammunition, or special order items) will be replaced (subject to availability) and shipped within 7-days of receipt of returned merchandise. If we are unable to replace the item, a refund will be issued. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns. Any unauthorized return will be shipped back at the owner’s expense or refused. A standard 20% restocking fee is assessed on all items returned for any purpose other than replacement. PLEASE NOTE: Orders cancelled after credit card processing will incur the standard 20% restocking fee. Merchandise which has been removed from original manufacture packaging, used, altered, installed, or worked on by a gunsmith voids any return privileges. Merchandise must be in the original condition as received and in new working order to qualify for return or exchange. All surplus parts should be inspected prior to installation and/or alteration. All processing fees and shipping and handling fees are non refundable on returned merchandise. Other charges may apply to damaged or used merchandise. All firearms, ammunition, and special order item sales are final upon submission of the order. Buyers must inspect all firearms at the transfer FFL location.  All orders subject to availability.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING ITEMS

 

For qualifying purchases, if you need to return a purchased item, you must do the following:

 

Contact the ordering department by email using the email listed under the “About Us” tab on the home page of this website. Include your full name and order number along with which item is being returned and for what reason. We will email you within 2-business days with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with the return address.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not ship the package back to the warehouse from which it was sent, Do not ship the package to the address listed on the “About Us” page on the home page of this website. Special instructions, with the return address, will be provided for any and all returns.

 

Once the RMA is received, you must repackage the item making sure to clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Please include a copy of your original invoice and a brief explanation of whether you would like a credit or exchange. All RMA numbers are checked prior to accepting any package. Please ensure you write down the RMA number correctly, if the RMA number does not appear in our system, the package will be refused.

 

Once the item has been received by us, we will credit the full amount of the item minus the 20% restocking fee & shipping and handling cost to the credit card used for the purchase. Shipping charges and credit card fees are non-refundable. A company check will be issued if your payment method was either cashier’s check or money order.

We caution against the use of any product contained on this website by persons untrained or inexperienced in the use of that specific firearm, tool, weapon, and/or accessory. Careless or negligent usage of any product on this website may be dangerous and may result in injury or death. All products have been inspected prior to shipment by the manufacturer; however, the user/buyer/customer must have all products inspected by qualified individuals before use.

 

ERRORS & OMISSIONS:

 

This website, owners, and/or employees, are not responsible for web-site or shopping cart errors. We do our best to present an accurate site. The prices on our web site are rarely in error but we retain the right to refuse any transaction pending verification of correct pricing.  We will also inform you of any discrepancy we might encounter and allow you the choice of purchase or refusal at the correct price. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Due to the nature of the items sold on this website, you must verify your age.  By agreeing to our terms & conditions you are making the following declaration:

I understand the legality of the merchandise I am ordering and I declare that I am of legal age and have no other legal disabilities.”

 

We DO NOT warranty that you may purchase or possess handgun components, long gun components, or ammunition according to state or local laws. By agreeing to the terms & conditions, you are stating that you are of legal age to purchase the components, firearms or ammunition. This certifies that you are an adult and under no legal disability as provided under 18 U.S.C 922D (1) – (7).

 

NOTE: We require you to be at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, handgun components, long guns, long gun components, or ammunition. An adult signature will be required by USPS, UPS, or FedEx at time of delivery.

 

This website may amend the buyer’s agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on this website. All amended terms will automatically be effective one day after they are initially posted on our company website, unless otherwise stated within our Buyers Agreement. This agreement may not be amended for any reason, except in consensual writing signed by the owner of this website. This agreement is effective for all purchases.

 

Liability Limit

 

We are not responsible for the use or misuse of any of our products or service. Our maximum liability will not be greater than the actual amount paid for the item, plus the normal shipping and handling fees.

 

Payments by Credit Card & Charge Backs  

 

We accept credit card payments.  In order to reduce credit card fraud, we reserve the right to require identification of card holder.  In some cases we may require a FAX copy of your credit card and Drivers license. We will require FAX copies if your shipping address is other than your verified billing address.  We reserve the right to decline any credit card that doesn’t meet our internal policies.  The buyer agrees not to process any charge backs for any charge that the buyer had authorized.  We will credit your credit card for any items returned for refund or any items lost in shipping that comply with the terms of this agreement.  If this provision is breached and a charge back is processed in violation of this agreement, we may charge your card for the amount of the charge back, all bank fees, and charge back fees.

We are not responsible for typo’s.  Every effort is made to make sure the information we display is accurate and true. All descriptions are provided by the manufacturer or distributor of the items.  If you have a questions about the product, you must contact us before ordering.

ORDER CANCELLATION FEE / RESTOCKING FEE

 

When you place an order with us it is a legal binding contract.  You may not arbitrarily cancel your order without approval from us and confirmation.  You may request to cancel your order any time before the credit card is charged.  However the order is not considered cancelled until we can verify that the credit card has not been charged and the item has not shipped and you have received our cancellation notification which could take up to two business days.   You understand and accept the fact that it may not be possible to cancel an order in time before shipping regardless of how and when you send your order.  Because we provide access to thousands of products online, some products ship from our main location, while other items ship from remote distributor locations or directly from the manufacturer.  When we receive your order, it is automatically sent to the shipping location within minutes and the shipping process begins.  Some location ship thousands of orders per day.  The orders are packed, labeled and prepared for shipment. We start to incur cost at that moment.  It normally takes us one business day to answer email so by then it is usually too late to cancel.  Most of our tracking information is updated at night for the previous days orders.  Once your order is in the shipping department, it may not be possible to cancel the order.  The following cancellation fees will apply.  Orders placed directly on our web site and returned (firearms ammunition and special order items cannot be returned unless not as described on our site) will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus associated shipping and handling charges.  If you refuse delivery of any package you will be charged shipping both ways, restocking fees and any other administration fees incurred.  Once a package is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.  You must contact us and follow the return authorization instructions.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

 

The customer is responsible for all charges, cost and fees related to/with shipping or returned shipments and/or address changes. This includes but is not limited to Undeliverable Addresses, Refused Packages, Address Changes, 3rd Attempt Undeliverable Packages, Cancellation Of An Order After It Ships, and The Return Of Packages To Our Facility With / Without Proper Notification, which includes but is not limited to the issuing of a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Charges, Cost, and Fees may include but are not limited to shipping charges, cost and fees to the customer, shipping charges, cost and fees back to our facility, and shipping charges, cost and fees back to the customer. If a package is returned to us and delivered to the wrong facility the customer is responsible for the charges, cost and fees related to shipping the package to the proper facility. If the customer refuses to pay for any shipping charges, cost, or fees accrued after the initial shipping of the package we reserve the right to deduct all charges, cost and fees from the customers refund.

 

Once a package has been delivered back to our return facility we will attempt to contact the customer via the information they have provided us. The customer has 5 business days from the time the package is delivered to our facility to contact us and make arrangements for reshipping of the package. After those 5 business days have elapsed we reserve the right to ship the package back to the proper facility, if it is not already been delivered there, and issue the customer a refund minus the charges, cost and fees mentioned in this agreement.

 

The customer agrees not to proceed with any actions that would dispute or recover any charges, cost and fees that we have collected and / or deducted from the customers refund / account. If the customer does pursue any actions that would dispute or recover any charges, cost and fees that we have collected and / or deducted from the customers refund / account they agree to pay for any charges, cost and fees we may accrue defending such actions.

 

WARRANTY / DEFECTIVE ITEMS / MISSING PARTS

 

All warranty issues, defective items and/or items that were received with missing parts must be directed to and handled through the product manufacturer.

 

LITIGATION

 

Any legal controversy or legal claim or action arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement, products, services, advice, or otherwise, received from this website of NOVA Logistics, LLC or its owners, contractors, or employees, shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Falls Church, VA and/or Fairfax County, Virginia (at our discretion). By making a purchase on this website, buyer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of Falls Church, VA and/or Fairfax County, Virginia, and specifically waives any defense of lack of personal jurisdiction. NOVA Logistics, LLC further sets the sum of $100.00 as liquidated damages for breach of this agreement.  Access to NOVA Logistics or any dba for which it may be trading as or at its primary business retail store in Falls Church, VA shall not be construed as NOVA Logistics, LLC  purposeful availment of the privileges or benefits of doing business in any state or legal jurisdiction other than the State of Virginia. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Firearms laws and the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflicts or choice of laws principles. In any legal action arising out of, or relating to this Agreement, services or products, the Falls Church, VA and/or Fairfax County Court, in the State of Virginia, shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue, over such action, or if that court lacks subject matter jurisdiction, the United States District Court serving Falls Church, VA, and/or Fairfax County Virginia, shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue over such action. NOVA Logistics, LLC, and its representation, shall have sole discretion of the location of any and all legal proceedings unless otherwise prohibited by law.

 

General.  This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Virginia as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Virginia between Virginia residents. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our services, and operation of our site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or not enforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. You agree that this Agreement and all incorporated agreements may be automatically assigned by NOVA Logistics, LLC, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe, or describe the scope, or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches by others.
